Abdulhakeem Muhammad Miko obtained his B.Sc and M.Sc in Anatomy Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria, and works as a lecturer at the Department of Anatomy, College of Health Sciences, Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria. He is currently in his third year of his PhD in Anatomy at Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. His research interests centre on hand on training and wet sample processing starting from culture setup, harvesting, slide making, banding, karyotyping and interpretation on diagnosing children born with heritable/congenital disorders. His current research is an interpretation of cytogenetic analyses relevant to the diagnosis and management of human genetic diseases, regarding
laboratory diagnosis for a broad range of cytogenetic disorders, including inherited and acquired conditions and 3D facial anthropometry. Membership of Anatomical Society of Nigeria (ASN), Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), Departmental Board of Examiners, and Faculty Board of Examiners.
